Our client is a highly successful global media events business based in the heart of London’s West End. A leading supplier to Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, legal and HR markets.

With an envious portfolio of clients across a variety of different sectors, our client is now seeking a talented b2b sales executive to drive revenue growth through existing finance and legal conferences.

Due to the nature of the portfolio, this role is largely key account focused.  You will be responsible for selling to an existing pool of high spending corporate clients across a number of long-standing, highly established conferences.


This Account Management position will be responsible for a number of key accounts to ensure full client retention; repeat business and growth on client spend. There is massive opportunity for fast-track progression to management based on results.  The company has a strong track record of promoting within and this specific opportunity offers genuine scope to management.  Additionally, there will be a large element of face to face meetings, therefore the successful candidate must be client facing and a great relationship builder.

Functional responsibilities include:
– Generate and maximise revenue within existing accounts through cross selling and up-selling
– Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders
– Build on continued excellent customer service

Candidate Profile:

-Minimum of 12 months B2B sales experience ideally within media/sponsorship/recruitment

– Proven ability at new business and key account management

-A highly consultative sales approach

-Ideally degree educated

-Highly articulate with excellent communication skills

-Excellent presentation skills
